How to lose weight during festivals?

    What kind of a question is that? Why would you want to lose weight specifically during the festivals? Are you trying to get into the new dress you got? Stop eating all those sweets that are piled on your table, that in itself will help you keep your weight levels down. If your mom is making some of that traditional mouth watering biriyani, well I’m sorry but you can eat it. Especially, if its mutton biriyani. IF you’re already on a diet, stick to it and then you might fit into that new dress your bought.  Sorry but you asked for it.

    During festival , it is hard to reduce or avoid weight gaining. Normally sweet or any yummy foods are more in festival times. Simple tip: Maintain the qty intake & do simple exercise along with ur work or go for walking after every meals or drink 1 glass of water before ur meals , this will help you to avoid high intake of foods.
