Eating more or less never help in weight loss.weight loss depends upon the calorie intake and calorie burned.which means if you are eating more food you should burn those calories by exercise will help to maintain weight and if you want to lose weight you should burn more calories than the calorie intake. Both of diet and exercise go hand in hand in weight loss process.

    Hey Deeksha,
Weight gain or weight loss both mainly depend on Calories. How much you eat doest matter much, what you eat matters a lot. Check how much calories you are consuming, if at all you are consuming more calories then you have to burn it by regular exercises. Also there some foods which increases your metabolic rate, so eating such foods will also help you to lose weight.
