To reduce weight around thighs we need to do lots of thigh resistance exercises so as to reduce fat from that part and shape up the muscles at thigh region. Also we need to do some cardio activities like running ,jogging, Brisk walk, jogging, skipping, Swimming, Dancing etc. We need to do resistance exercises atleast for some 25 min and cardio activities for atleast 45 min 5/week so as to get good results.
