To reduce weight we need to do lots of cardio exercises like running, jogging, skipping, Swimming, etc. We need to do these exercises atrleast for some 40 min 5 times a week. These kind of exercises help reducing fat percentage by burning more calories. Also it will help to improve our endurance. But only doing cardio will also shed off the lean muscle mass and wont reduce from the concern area so to maintain the lean muscle mass we need to do resistance training exercises too. Resistance training exercises will help to reduce fat from the concern area like tummy. Tummy exercises are like crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch , oblique crunches, 90* crunches, Crunches with swiss ball, Leg pushs leg cycling, etc. We need to do these types of exercises atleast for some 30 min so as to get good results. Also we need to be concious aboutr our food intake like avoiding fast food items and taking protein rich diet.
