To reduce weight we need to do lots of cardio exercises like running, jogging, skipping, Swimming, etc. We need to do these exercises atrleast for some 40 min 5 times a week. These kind of exercises help reducing fat percentage by burning more calories. Also it will help to improve our endurance. But only doing cardio will also shed off the lean muscle mass so to maintain the lean muscle mass we need to do resistance training exercises too. Resistance training exercises are like Cruches, Reverse crunches, Squats, Lunges, Push ups, Reverse dips,etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for some 3 min 4/week so as to maintain the muscle mass and improve our body muscle strength too. This type of exercise pattern will help to reduce weight thta is in terms of fat percentage and it will also maintain our lean muscle mass.
