The answer for that depends on what your favorite food is. People have different tastes - so if you're a person who enjoys eating green vegetables and fruits, then losing weight should be no problem at all. On the other hand, if you're a person who likes digging into greasy hamburgers and pizzas and everything else that's cheesy, then you may have a hard time eating what you like on your quest to lose weight. Structure a proper diet, and stick to it. A proper diet should have all essential minerals, vitamins and good amounts of fiber. Once that's set, you can lose weight easily.

    Hey Arundhati,
What all are your favourite foods? Chocolates, ice creams? You need not give up totally but enjoy it in a limit. You can keep sunday as off anf have once in a week but make sure you work out equally better the next day. Of course, the more calories you eat more you need to burn. Thats the simple rule.
