Balanced diet which include good amount of carbs, protein & good fat , vitamins, minerals. Choose healthy snacks instead of taking fatty , bakery items- refined products - healthy snacks like fresh fruits salad, veg salad , veg juices , high fiber biscuits, brown bread, etc., Instead of taking white rice , take brown rice . Include more of salad in ur diet .
