    One thing you should know about weight loss is that it should be a gradual process. Yes, you may have seen advertisements that proclaim that you can lose weight immediately and diet pills that claim the same, but these will take a huge toll on your health. You should first cut down on all forms of junk food, because this will decrease the number of calories that you're consuming every day. Once you've cut down on the junk food, you can start focusing on developing exercise regimens for your weight loss program. You can try aerobics and other intense exercises that can help you burn fat easily.

    Hi Lindsay,
    Proper diet, regular exercises and healthy lifestyle is the natural and healthy way to lose weight without any side effects. Any imbalance in this can lead to unsatisfactory results or side effects. Other than this if you are going for some supplements like fat burners, steroids etc. or even surgeries like gastric binding, liposuction etc. all has there own complication and side effects.

    Combination of balanced diet & exercise, life style modification is the best option for weight loss without side effects.

    Balanced diet which include good amount of carbs, protein & good fat , vitamins, minerals. Choose healthy snacks instead of taking fatty , bakery items- refined products - healthy snacks like fresh fruits salad, veg salad , veg juices , high fiber biscuits, brown bread, etc., Instead of taking white rice , take brown rice . Include more of salad in ur diet .

    Water plays important in weight loss, drink at-least 3 liters of water in a day.


    Exercise: tennis,Any sports, walking or running or any cardio exercise.


    Life style modification : Avoiding smoking , alcohol. Keep ur mind in relax , Sleep at-least for 6-7 hrs, wash ur hands properly before taking the meal .

    Sure you will not face any side effects by following above tips for weight loss.
