    Vacation weight gain is a big pain indeed. There are not enough healthy choices available when you are not at home. Eating outside makes you deviate from whatever your routine was. Nice article! Any tips for how to control your weight during vacation?

    Hi Nidhi,
    To avoid gaining weight during vactions, try being active by playing outdoor games like football, volleyball or just simple swimming or playing badminton and helping mom in her household work.
