    Aerobics or not, losing weight fast is quite a difficult task. And it is not something that can be done quickly. It takes time, effort and lots of patience. Aerobics exercises are a good way for you to lose weight and you must take the time to invest in a good aerobics class. You can opt for cost free exercises such as running and jogging and if you do this for a prolonged period, you will be able to lose weight quite quickly. However, don have high expectations as this will only lead into disappointment. Shadow boxing is one of the best aerobic exercises that you can practice and it is a guaranteed weight loss plan.

    Hi Nancy,
    There is no doubt that aerobic exercises are the best and effective workout to lose weight but, only exercises can take much time or may not even give you the desired results. To get good results and faster weight loss concentrate on low caloric weight loss diet. To make your aerobic exercises effective bring variations in your workout. Your workout should be progressive in nature and try to progress in terms of volume i.e duration or frequency instead of increasing the intensity.

    Aerobics are undoubtedly a very nice exercise for fat loss. Do aerobic exercises atleast for 45 min for better results.
