Fat at tummy may a result of junk food , sedentary job ,etc. So along with exercises we need to also look into our daily diet. It should be healthy .Exercises includes Cardio activities and resistance exercises. Cardio activities includes Swimming, Jogging, Running, etc.Do these activities atleast for 40 min, 4/week and do resistance exercises like push ups , lunges, squats, etc for 30 min , 3/week. Cardio activities will help burning fat and resistance exercises will help toning up our body. So both types of exercises are required to loose weight in a healthier way.
