If your overall fat is in control and if you want to work only on your tummy, we can try reducing tummy by doing concern area exercises. Cardio activities is something that helps reducing fat from your overall body and resistance exercises are those which helps to reduce from concern areas like tummy, thighs, etc. But as if you told that you only want to work on your tummy, we need to do more of the tummy exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Oblique abbs, 90* abb crunches, etc. We need to do these exercises for atleast 10 min and progressing to 25 min in a day.
