How to lose stomach fat only?

    That’s not possible. So if someone promises that you will be able to get rid of fat in the stomach region alone then they are probably lying or they have found a method that I am not aware of. Either way treat it caution. If you want to lose stomach fat and tighten the stomach region, then you will have to do countless sit ups and crunches on a regular basis. This will work only if you have limited fat in the stomach. If you have a big belly, then you will have to lose overall bodyweight to lose fat in the stomach.

    Hi Priyanka,
    If your overall fat is in control and if you want to work only on your tummy, we can try reducing tummy by doing concern area exercises. Cardio activities is something that helps reducing fat from your overall body and resistance exercises are those which helps to reduce from concern areas like tummy, thighs, etc. But as if you told that you only want to work on your tummy, we need to do more of the tummy exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Oblique abbs, 90* abb crunches, etc. We need to do these exercises for atleast 10 min and progressing to 25 min in a day.

    Stomach fat is hard to burn. Cut down the high calorie intake, include more of fat burning foods. DO cardio exercise for 45-60mins & weight training for 20mins. Drink green tea , warm water with lemon daily thrice in a day. One should do exercise at-least for 5-6 days in a week.
