Easy! Make sure that your kids are not lazy and do not buy him or her, a play station. Kids put on weight because they are lazy and they do not play or engage in any outdoor activities. Parents are partly responsible for this and you must make sure that your kids are actively in involved in some form of physical activity or the other when they are young. Sports such as basketball or football are good ways to lose weight and this will help in reducing the fat content in the body of your children. Oh and make sure they don’t eat endless packs of potato chips.

Hi Nidhi, Generally , no exercises are prescribed for any teens below 18 years. To loose stomach fat we should encourage kids to play outdoor games. Any outdoor games like volley ball, basket ball, badminton, etc plays an important role to burn fat from body.
