The normal value of body fat for males is 13 % and for females its around 20%. So if the body fat percentage is increased then this level, it is considered high body fat percentage. We can reduce this body fat by controlling diet by eating low calories but it should be healthy diet and Exercises .Exercises includes cardio activities like Swimming, Jogging, Running, Skipping, etc. We need to do these exercises atleast 5/week for 40 min. Cardio activities will help to reduce fat percentage and also will help building up stamina.

Hi Mamtha, To loose pure body fat you need to concentrate more o cardio activities like running, jogging, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. These type of exercises would help to reduce your body fat percentage.
