Hey. If you’re looking to lose fat quickly, then there are just two things you can do. Stop eating fatty food and exercise! You should avoid food items such as chips, burgers, pizzas, milkshake, ice cream, sodas etc. Basically avoid food that is rich in sugar, oil and Trans fat.
