To loose fat from butt and stomach you need to do more of cardio workout so as to reduce your body fat percentage. And once you have reduce your body fat percentage, you can then start with weight training exercises especially for your concern areas. You need to do exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, squats, hip blasters, etc. We need to do these exercises fro atleast 30 min every alternate days. This type of exercise plan would help you to lose fat in stomach and butt.
