If you are serious about losing fat , than you need to set a reachable and a practicle goal , as losing fat weight in one week is very tough. you need to ut down on your calorie intake by 500 gm daily, in order to lose 1 pound of weight in a week !

I agree completely..in order to loose weight in a week one need to loose 3500 pounds. This is possible by reducing the calorie intake and by increasing physical exercises.
