    Losing weight is always a complex process and it involves a combo of diet and exercises. You have to combine both to be able to lose weight. Diet without exercise or exercise without diet won't work.
    Diet- Your diet must include a combination of high protein and low carb foods. If you are serious about losing weight then you have to make sure you don't eat anything that contains fat. Foods such as beef and pork are strictly prohibited.
    Exercises- You must exercise for a minimum of one hour every day. You have to burn calories on a daily basis to ensure that you lose weight.

    Hey Nidhi....... Loosing weight would take time. You can target loss of a kg at the end of 2 weeks, which would be in a better healthier way.
    *Do lots of cardio training exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, etc for 45 min.
    * Start slow with 20 min of brisk walking if you are a beginner slowly increasing to 45 min of walking in following days.
    * Avoid junk food like pizza, burgers, etc.
    * Drink lots of water.
    * Avoid extra salt in your meals.
    * Avoid late night and heavy dinners.
    * Take 5-6 mini meals in a day.
    Try to follow some tips to achieve a better weight loss.
