Hey Nidhi....... Loosing weight would take time. You can target loss of a kg at the end of 2 weeks, which would be in a better healthier way.
*Do lots of cardio training exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, etc for 45 min.
* Start slow with 20 min of brisk walking if you are a beginner slowly increasing to 45 min of walking in following days.
* Avoid junk food like pizza, burgers, etc.
* Drink lots of water.
* Avoid extra salt in your meals.
* Avoid late night and heavy dinners.
* Take 5-6 mini meals in a day.
