To reduce the fat percentage you need to reduce your body weight.Normal value for fat percentage of body for males is 13 % and for females its around 20%.You can reduce the body fat percentage by having normal and healthy balanced diet.Eating lots of fruits and vegetables, have short and frequent meals, and try to avoid fried, junked and fatty foods by combining it with exercise.Exercises like Walking,Swimming, Jogging, Running, Skipping, etc will help to reduce fat and will also help to reduce the fat percentage.

    Hi Nidhi,
TO reduce body fat percentage, you need to take care of your regular exercises and healthy diet. Healthy diet dosent include any crash diet but you need to look into the calorie counts in your food. And regular exercises include more of cardio training exercises and weight training exercises. Cardio training exercises includes more of running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc. Cardio exercises would help to reduce body fat percentage and weight training exercises would help to tone your body muscles. This type of plan would help to reduce your body weight in a healthier way.
