    That’s a good question. Your diet pretty much can make or break your body. Losing your fat through a controlled and regulated diet is good for your health. Your must try and increase the number of meals you. I’m not saying stuff yourself 8 times a day but consume around 6 small meals a day instead of 3 or 4 large ones. This provides you with the energy you need and reduces the possibility of your putting on more fat. Stick to a high protein vegetable diet, with say 5 different vegetables every day. This ought to be keep you healthy. 

    Hi Eva

    You mean to say, how body fat to lose through food or diet? It simple , Follow the some important points.
    * Don't skip ur meal (because if u skip ur meals , body tends to store the fat for energy so avoid such things).
    * Include 4-5 small meals with healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, dals, lean meat, skinless chicken, fish, egg white.
    * Add more of fat burning foods like vitamin C , fibers & protein rich foods.
    * Drink more of fluids like water, fresh fruits juice without sugar, veg juices, soups, green tea.
    * More important exercise , do any cardio exercise for 45=60mins in aday & weight training for 20mins daily.
