The main reason of fat on belly is the consumption of refined or processed carbohydrates like maida. So first of all you should avoid the consumption of refined cereals. Also eat food low in saturated fats, avoid junk and fried foods,Avoid smoking and alcohol.Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.Try to eat short and frequent meals which will help to increase your metabolism. And drink plenty of water which will help to flush out all the harmful toxins from the body. These dietary changes will contribute in reducing the belly fat.

It very simple, By adding more of fibers food, fat burning foods & protein foods in ur diet.
    i) Protein is the muscle builder activator and the natural fat burner. So include more of protein foods like skimmed milk, low fat curd, lean meat, egg white, fish, nuts, whole grains, dals, etc.
ii) Fiber plays a roll in losing belly fat: Fiber foods are all green leafy vegetables, vegetables, whole grains, etc.
iii) Fat burning foods which is vitamin C is more effective for burning the belly fat.
