Extra arm fat looks akward.Right diet and exercise will help to remove the extra fat and help to build muscles.Strength training is the best way to develop muscles on your arms.It gives proper tonning and lose arm fat.As a part of your strength training routine, you should incorporate exercises that tone the bicep, tricep, and shoulder muscles. By targeting your arms from every angle, you will burn the arm fat around you whole arm. There are several different arm exercises that you can do. Push-ups are an excellent strength training exercise for whole arm. Dumbell curls target your biceps, and kickbacks target your triceps..Aerobic activity is an excellent arm fat burning method. But one thing you need to keep in mind is -If you want to lose the flabs in your arms, you need to work on the tone of your whole body.

    Hi Deepti,
To reduce arm fat you need to do more of cardio training exercises so as to reduce your body fat percentage and then do more of weight training exercises to tone your arms so as to get a much firm look.
