Resistance training exercises plays an important role to reduce any concern area. Resistance training exercises are like Reverse dips, Wide push ups, Narrow push ups,Lunges, squats, Thigh rotations biceps curls, Concentrated biceps curl, overhead triceps curl etc. we need to do these exercises atleast for some 20 min, 5/week and include some cardio activities too to get a beeter effects. Cardio activities are like Running, jogging, BRisk walking, Swimming, Skipping, etc. We need to do these activites for 40 min ,5/week.
