In order to loose fat from the body,firstly one must reduce the consumption of total calorie consumed and secondly increase the physical activity in order to burn more calories that is stored in form of fat.

Hi Ashima, Cardiovascular exercises is the answer to your question. To rwduce lot of fat you need to do exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for 45 min possibly everyday or atleast for 5/week.
