How to lose a belly after a C section?? Pls help I'm 152inch 57kg

Pls help I'm 152inch 57kg trying to lose fat specially the belly I had a C section before 11 month

    Hi Asma,
    To lose fat you need to go for aerobic exercises, I will suggest you to start with low intensity aerobic exercises and gradually lose your weight. Along with this you also need to do abdominal toning exercises but if you had Diastasis recti which is also known as abdominal separation after delivery, you need to take proper measures and precautions during exercises. If you are lactating then go slow with your weight loss program.

    I agree with above discussion, Not only exercise is important , diet is also plays equal importance in belly fat.
    1.Drinking plenty of water can raise your metabolic rate and help the body burn fat faster.
    2.Good sources of lean proteins include lean meats, soy products,Egg white,sprouts, beans and fish. Eating these foods can reduce abdominal fat by boosting metabolism and turning the body into a fat-burning faster.
    3.By eating high amount of fiber ,the body will consistently burn fat and turn off its fat-storing mode. Some of the fiber-rich foods are oatmeal, bran cereals,Grains, fresh fruits and vegetables.
    4.Good fats include omega-3 fatty aids from oily fish; alpha-linolenic acid from flaxseed and soybean oils; and monounsaturated fat from olive oil, avocados and nuts.These kind of fat accelerate the metabolism and make you feel full for longer time.
