Well said Arundhati..You can not reduce your weight without putting efforts.It is next to impossible to lose weight without diet and exercise.

It is not possible to reduce ur weight without diet & exercise. Without any hard work how can you reduce ur weight. Diet control & physical activity is more important to lose weight.
