There are two ways to loose weight. One is by cutting down calories and other is by burning calories doing exercises. So if you dont want to diet then you need to do exercise alot. Also we need to have a healthy amount of calories in daily life as we need to loose weight .Dont do crash diet but we need to look into healthy diet as 3500 calories makes one pound so to loose weight we need to coordinate our diet and exercises at a same time. Exercises includes more of Push ups, Biceps curl, chest fly, Chest press, etc.and cardio exercises like Walking, Running, Jogging, etc. Cardio activities will help to reduce fat percentage and resistance exercise will help to tone up our body at a same time.
