    If you think you can easily lose up to 25-30 pounds in two months, you are right. It will require a prior commitment on your part and you have to be organized all day long. Firstly, it is very important to watch your calorie intake. To do this, you can keep a daily record of everything you eat. You can also keep a lot of weight loss goals and other activities and follow it accordingly. Try to exercise regularly everyday. Go for long walks after meals, do some yoga, try stretching, swimming, ride a bicycle etc. Just aim to burn around 400-5000 calories per day through exercise. Eating more food with lower calories will help in boosting your metabolism and also lower your intake. Drink lots of water like 10-12 glasses per day either between or before meals so as to get your food digested properly.

    Hi Pallavi,
    To loose weight in 2 months you need to do more cardio training exercises. Cardio training exercises are best for the fat loss. We need to do more of exercises like skipping, swimming, running, brisk walking, jogging, etc. These exercises are more fruitful if done atleast 5/week for 45 min.
