    There are a number of diet plans, diet pills and many weight loss products in the market that will claim to help you lose weight and reduce fat. You need to pick out one that really works. Diet pills and weight loss products are short term. If you want to lose weight, reduce fat forever then set small realistic goals that will work. Lose weight and reduce fat in a gradual manner. Your body needs nourishment to survive, so eat well balanced healthy meals. Your meals should contain all the food types but the healthier versions. Protein and fiber rich foods are excellent to help build muscles. The more muscles you build the faster you reduce fat. Resistance and strength training allows you to build muscles. Cardio exercises help you to burn calories quickly by raising metabolism. Eat smaller meals more frequently. Drink lots of water. Keep a food journal; make a note of everything you eat.

    Hi Priyanka,
    To reduce fat you need to do more on you cardio training exerises. Cardio training exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for some 45 min for better results possibly everyday or atleast 5/week. But studies have showed that doing cardio for more than 45 min would lead to go for muscle loss. So it is better that you inlude more of weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like lunges, squats, push ups, pullover,etc. We need to do weight training exercises for atleast some 20 min, every alternate days. This type of exercise regime would help to burn more calories and thus would loose weight.
