    Why do you want to lose weight unhealthily? I means that sounds a little ridiculous don’t you think. Well, if you are really interested in losing weight like that then you can go on a crash diet. This is most unhealthy form of dieting and they have no significant long term benefits. Always remember that even if you lose weight using a crash diet, you invariably end up gaining more weight in the next few weeks. Opting for something like this is the last thing that should be on your mind and it has more negative effects than positive ones. Do you really want to do it?

    Unhealthy way to loose weight through crash diets will lead to lack of proper nutrients from our body which can even drain off our muscles mass which will lead to weak muscles and decrease in immunity power of body. Loosing weight in a healthier way may help to maintain your fitness level and even it increases as it includes exercises and healthy dieting. Try resistance training exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, Heel touch, lunges, Squats, etc. and cardio activities like running ,jogging, Brisk walking ,etc. for total of 45 min which can help you to achieve your goal in healthier way.

    Why you looking for unhealthy weight loss? R u serious. Unhealthy weight loss can do by diet pills, crash diet plan or supplements powder or meal replacement drink, etc. But this types of weight loss can works very nicely in initially, later you never seen weight loss at all & you will face many health problems like heads aches, sudden weight gain, hair loss, lack of nutrients, nutritional disorders, etc.
    Healthy way of weight loss can maintain ur health & fitness level. Choose combination of diet control & exercise for healthy weight loss.
