    Here’s how you can lose up to 20 pounds in just one month. This diet requires you to eat 2 main meals and one snack meal. The main meals will be for breakfast and lunch. Your breakfast should be at 8 in the morning and your lunch anytime before six in the evening. Snack can be had at eight at night. Your meal should be complete and contain protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Protein rich foods like poultry, fish, dairy foods tofu, soya beans, all types of beans need to be included. Your carbohydrates can be rice, pasta etc. Fruits and vegetables will contain your vitamins and minerals. Your meals should have more of proteins, fruits and veggies than carbohydrates. Your snack can be anything light with fruits. Make sure you exercise and drink lots of water.

    Hi Wajiha


    According to your ht you should be 55-58kg.

    Set up your goal to reduce the weight or set up to change your life style changes, Fill your plate with food only once. If your are still feeling angry then have more of veggies & stop, Do every day &Adopt healthy lifestyle habits e.g. walk to the shops instead of driving, use the stairs rather than the elevator, walk to office colleagues instead of using the telephone, walk the dog.

    Few more diet tips : Drink warm water with lemon, Maintain portion control & timing of meals, Don't skip your meals, Include more fibers foods, drink plenty of water, Keep your mind in relax. Do some exercise like yoga or cardio exercise for 30-45min a day.

    According to me try to add amino acid vitamin c and gutamine in your diet and as you said you are around 75 kgs then you have to drink almost 12 glass water per day not including that water treapy glasses in morning. try to take fluid in any form more than soild and avoid car bike if possible

    for more details you can ask me for help i can draw a diet and home base lite exercise plan which help you to lose 10 kgs per month or 2-3 inches per month.

    Can you explain why should avoid vitamin C, Amino acid & gutamine.

    One more thing ,if you reduce 10kg in a month its not a healthy weight loss.you will face many health problems like lack of nutrients, loss of hair, weakness, etc.

    You should loss only 2-4kg(in a month) with balanced diet & exercise.

    Keep it simple, lots of green vegies, lots of lean meat, lots of fruits , all the good stuff that keeps you healthy , NO fried stuff and most important it has to be a lifestyle .

    Hi Garima,
    You need to do some form of exercise everyday for the next 4 weeks, a 40minute walk is the best
    and watch what you eat, lot of fruits and vegies and your last meal by 7 pm.
    Cut out all fried and parathas, only dal ,rice , vegies and meat ( if you are a non-vegetarian ).
    You can break down your walk time , do 30 then another 10 after dinner, and drink lots of water
    it is quite simple.

    dear i just lost 5 kgs in 2 weeks.so as per me i don`t think any problem in burning fat more rapidly than other do.
    if you think you can then respond me i do draw a programme for you then you have to follow least for 3 months and no dieting

    For female body you have to understand deposition process and buy health eating habits also causes obesity and tummy problem in women.
    In women body usually in Indian women ,an study tell us the average height of Indian women is around 5'4-5,'6 due to which the upper body is not proportionate to lower one and the deposition of fat starts in Thai`s and then lower abdominal and after few year back shoulder lower back hips ,majorly in lower part but on other hand in man its starts in upper abdominal chest neck middle back due to tummy weight on back bone.
    so if you dealing with an women body you have to take different steps on other hand for a man its totally different.
