Set up your goal to reduce the weight or set up to change your life style changes, Fill your plate with food only once. If your are still feeling angry then have more of veggies & stop, Do every day &Adopt healthy lifestyle habits e.g. walk to the shops instead of driving, use the stairs rather than the elevator, walk to office colleagues instead of using the telephone, walk the dog.
Few more diet tips : Drink warm water with lemon, Maintain portion control & timing of meals, Don't skip your meals, Include more fibers foods, drink plenty of water, Keep your mind in relax. Do some exercise like yoga or cardio exercise for 30-45min a day.
