Running is a good cardio activity . Cardio activity is more good to reduce fat from the body and also to improve with the endurance level. If running done for atleast 30 min daily or 4/week ,it will help to give a good result. but our body have a tendency to get adapt to our daily activity and then it will stop giving any results as it was giving it earlier so its better to keep on making some variation in our running pattern like to jog in between of running. Also, keep a good posture while running to avoid any injuries. Keep your back straight and look forward keeping neck straight. Swing your arms keeping bend at elbow.
