Losing weight at 14 can be really hard provided you have some god determination. The rules are still the same; all you need is proper diet and exercise. You can have around four meals every single day, but you should reduce the amount of food that you are consuming. Eat a diet that is rich in protein, and very low in carbs and fatty substances. Take a brisk walk every now and then and don’t each too late, right before bedtime. Keep your body cool by drinking lots of water; this is the key to losing weight fast. At least once a week, eat all that you want and this will help you be sane.

Hi Lavanya, Generally , no exercises are prescribed for any teens below 18 years. To loose stomach fat we should encourage kids to play outdoor games. Any outdoor games like volley ball, basket ball, badminton, etc plays an important role to burn fat from body.
