Some of tips:
* To lose weight, you must start by writing down your weight loss goals.
* Following a balanced diet will be the best weight loss plan. Your body requires carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fibers. But choose low glycemic foods which is high in fibers, high in protein & low in fat.
* Eat slowly: Enjoy every bite of food and get slimmer.
* Reduce sodium intake because Sodium plays a major role in water retention and thus, needs to be taken only in required amount.
* Cardiovascular exercises such as swimming, skipping, cycling, running and jogging, aerobic exercises and climbing stairs are the best among the fast ways to lose weight.
* Sleep is very important to maintain fast weight loss. One should sleep atleast 8 hrs.
* Drink plenty of water in a day- 3-4 liters. Make a habit of drinking warm water with lemon after every meals, in the early morning & after dinner.
* Enjoy your diet once in month with some desserts or any foods but qty should be very less. Maintain meal timings.
