Hi Mitchell, To loose stomach fat you need to do first look into your body fat percentage. If your body fat percentage is in normal levels then you can start with your weight training exercises for tummy. And if your body fat percentage is higher then first we need to bring it to normal levels then we can start with weight training exercises.
