    You can lose your belly fat by putting all your efforts in following right type of diet and proper exercise regime.For that you can follow some tips given below-
    * Eat a balanced diet. Your diet should contain complex carbohydrates like whole grain cereals, Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, Basically your diet should be rich in fiber.Avoid fried,junk and processed foods.
    * Eat short and frequent meals. Do not skip your meals as it slower down your metabolism. Start your day with a good breakfast as it helps to kick start your metabolism and help you to be energetic through out the day.
    * Drink plenty of water which will help to detoxify your body.Also you can start your day with Luke warm water with lemon and also after heavy meal will also help.
    * Perform cardio exercise which will help you to burn calories and lose weight and for spot reduction or tummy reduction you can do crunches,Belly rubs, Alternate leg lifts,Front squats etc which will help in toning as well.

    The following are fat free foods which is good for weight loss & to burning fat.
    apples,apricots,artichokes,asparagus,beets,blackberries,blueberries,broccoli,Brussels sprouts,cabbage,cantaloupe,carrots,cauliflower,celery,cherries ,chives,cod ,corn,crabs,cranberries,cucumbers,eggplant,garlic,grapefruit ,grapes,green beans,kale ,leeks,lemons,lettuce,limes ,lobster, mangoes,mushrooms,nectarines,okra,onions,oranges,papaya ,parsley,peaches pears,peas ,peppers,pineapple,prunes,pumpkin radishes,raspberries ,red cabbage,spinach ,squash,strawberries ,string beans,tomatoes,turnips,watermelon, etc. Along with above foods exercise & life style modification are also very important
    Drink plenty of water, avoid smoking, reduce the alcohol intake.
