How to Loose 15kg weight in 3-4 months?

Hi,
I am 5'8", XXkgs (i know) and that is y i am here :)
Though i must share that my fat is equally distributed on the body not like guys with big tummy but still tyre is there.

My major concerns are 2:
1.Loose overall body weight as i belong to equal distributed category.
2. Loose more fat from abdomen & chest(as i am punjabi with broad shoulder n hence chest.)

I am an IT Professional and that is y don't get time to exercise.
I am tired of thinking about loosing wt. Now want to act on it.

My waist is 37inch.
My calorie intake is around 1400-1600 per day.
I would love to see myself 75kg mark.
I can do cardio 2-3 times a week.

I need a working plan. Kindly help......In desperate neeed..

Don't set unrealistic goal.If anyhow you will be able to achieve, that will not be sustainable .And if you will not be able to achieve then you will feel demotivated.
Its good that you are ready for workout, along with this just replace some unhealthy food items with healthy alternatives. For more tips just see

You may be having a proper gym in your office only.Keep a pair of proper shoes in your office and try to go there along with your friend or colleague.A healthy competition will make you feel motivated.

I agree with Shikha. Losing 15 kgs in 2 months is a bit unrealistic. Give yourself some more time say about 5-6 months. Hit a gym, walk, cycle, do yoga, do whatever u can but take out some time for your self and move your body. Trust me exercise coupled with a balanced diet does work. I am myself on the same journey. All the best!!!

    vibhu,
do not plan. u wont get it executed. jump into the stuff. talk to the trainer in a gym. tell him that u want to loose weight. they will give the workout plan. follow them. if they provide diet plan, then follow it. other wise, eat what your body can accept. avoid oily food and fatty foods.

Thank you @bala for taking out time and writing in, i have been an athletic person throughout my life and has been always v close towards the sports( I used to be 65kg 6yrs back.), so i don't want to hit gym also i don't like gym also to be very frank.
When i said plan i meant for the morning physical activity(cardio activities) not gym. Please don not take it wrong way.

    vibhu,
not liking gym is ok. i am not a gym person too. i have no other choice. running on the road is a issue for me as stray dogs follow :(. there isnt big ground like nearby. hence i am hitting gym. good that u r a athletic person. u should get back that energy.

Hi This is really interesting 15Kg in two months. You will have stretch marks on your body. You will suffer from fatigue ete etc.
    My suggestion.
    1. Cut down on your carbo. Eat only complex carbo and high fibre. Small portions many times a day.
    2. Walk for at least 30-45 mins a day
    3. Light yoga or stretching a few times a week
    4. drink plenty of water as much so that your urine has absolutely no yellow.
Do this and see you will surely losse 2-3KG in a month.

I have a suggestion for your walking because I have to do this. If you can only walk 2 - 3 times a week, then burn the most calories possible in that time frame by wearing weights to increase calories burned. I have a soft pair of weights that I put around my ankles and I also hold dumbells in my hands. Hope that helps some.
