    Belly fat goes away if you cut out sugar and other simple carbs (white bread, white pasta and white rice). Reduce these AND replace them with the whole grain version (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta and brown rice) and have a little of these. Your protein should be lean (no hamburger meat) and eat a huge salad with very very little, low fat, salad dressing before lunch and dinner.

    Yes, Sohel is correct . By avoid extra calories from simple carbs or empty calories & fatty foods, bakery foods. Try to include more of fat burning foods like fibers foods, vitamin C foods, etc. Have protein rich foods which is to build the muscle & this will help you to reduce belly fat but choose less fat protein foods like egg white, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, whole grains, dals, sprouts. At- last choose healthy fat like omega 3 & 6 foods.
