Try to include more of fat burning foods like fibers foods, vitamin C foods, etc. Have protein rich foods which is to build the muscle & this will help you to reduce belly fat but choose less fat protein foods like egg white, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, whole grains, dals, sprouts.
