    Hey, some Indian foods are really good fat busters. Remember, to remove your belly fat you need to cut down on your weight gain in general. And a low cal, low fat Indian diet is both tempting and good for you. Introduce lots of legumes and pulses cooked Indian style into your diet. The oil consumption in these can be reduced drastically. Opt for steamed foods like idlis. There is a great idli diet that works well. It includes having 3 idlis in your meal as well as snacking on idlis. Try the diet along with some Indian style exercises like yoga which are good at toning muscles.

    Follow these steps to get rid of the belly fat. Find out some easy exercises to lose that extra bulk from your belly:

    * First and foremost you need to totally discard processed foods and desserts from your diet. Instead, eat lots of fruits, vegetables, salads with olive oil dressing, beans, wholegrains etc. Also, try and eat less salty food.

    * You need to stabilize your blood sugar level by eating every 2-3 hours. Also eat lots of nuts, berries and whole grains which have low fat content.

    * Cardiovascular exercises are yet another great way to get into shape. You don't need to do weight training in an expensive gym. Instead, you can simply walk, jog, or play different games like tennis, basketball etc. which will help you lose those extra calories from your belly.

    * Swimming is yet another very good exercise that can help you to lose those extra fats from the belly. It works out the whole body and burns plenty of calories as well.

    * Aerobic Exercises are yet another very simple method of getting into shape. There are loads of aerobic videos available in the market which you can get for the purpose. It is also a lot of fun as well.
