Resistance training exercises plays an important role to reduce tummy. Resistance training exercises are like crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch, Abbs oblique crunches, Abbs cycling, etc .We need to do these exercises atleast for 30 min 4/week . Also, we need to include some cardio activities to reduce our fat percentage .Cardio activities are like Running, Brisk walking, Jogging, etc. We need to do these cardio activities atleast for 40 min, 4/week for better results. Combination of such exercises will helpto reduce abbs fat easily.
