Hi Chinmay, Good amount of cardiovascular exercises is the answer to your question. To rwduce lot of fat you need to do exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for 45 min possibly everyday or atleast for 5/week.
