if you need to burn fat, than exercise is the way out. and it has to be in a balance of cardia, strength training and resistance training, only then you would be able to get a healthy weight loss and a fit body. hence there iis no shortcut to weight loss.

Hi Poonam, To burn body fat without cardio you need to do weight training exercises like lunges, squats, crunches, reverse crunches, oblique crunches. etc. Studies have showed that even muscle mass also helps to burn more calories. Per cross section of muscles burns more calories than doing cardio exercises only.
