Burning fat from the arms, thighs and hips require you to work diligently on those areas. These are the areas that most people tend to add weight quickly. Cardio exercises are a great way to shed all those unwanted flab from these areas. You can walk on the treadmill or if you prefer walk long distances while you enjoy your outdoors, cycling, jogging and dancing are excellent to shed weight. Brisk or power walking is an excellent exercise that targets fat in these areas. Working with weights allows you to burn more calories and helps tone the muscles in those areas. There are lots of specific exercises that target fat in the arms, legs and thighs and these can be easily done at home.

    Hi Ashima,
To burn fat from arms, thighs, hips you need to reduce your body fat percentage by doing lot of cardio training exercises. Cardio training exercises are like running, jogging, brisk walking, etc. We need to do these exercises for 45 min, 5/week.
