Hi Ashima, To burn fat from arms, thighs, hips you need to reduce your body fat percentage by doing lot of cardio training exercises. Cardio training exercises are like running, jogging, brisk walking, etc. We need to do these exercises for 45 min, 5/week.

I completely agree with above discussion. climbing stairs is one of the best exercise for reducing the fat from thighs, hips, arms. Playing any sports like shuttle cock or any sports help you reduce the fat.
