    To burn calories fast, you should do more of cardio exercises like brisk walk, running, swimming, jogging. Theses exercises help you to burn more calories in a day.And try to do these any exercises aeleast 5/week and for 30-40 min.

    I agree with Nancy. To burn fat mass we need to work more on cardio activities so as to burn more calories. Cardio exercises are meant more to improve your heart endurance and burn more calories.

    Include fat burning foods like vitamin C , high fibers foods. Examples for fat burning foods :apple , blackberries , broccoli , brussels , blue berries , asparagus , beets , artichokes , brussels sprouts, cabbage , carrot, cherries , corn, cod , cauliflower ,celery, cranberries , egg plant, garlic, grapefruit , crabs , cucumbers,grapes, green beans , kale , leeks , lemons , honeydew,limes , lobster , mangoes , mushrooms , lettuce,onions , oranges , okra , papaya,parsely,peas , pears , peppers , pineapples , peaches,prunes , pumpkin, radishes , raseberries , red broccoli, red cabbage, string beans , strawberries , spinach , squash,watermelon, tomatoes , turnips.
