    fast foods are high in Trans fat. avoid fast foods as much as possible. Commercial baked goods - such as crackers, cookies and cakes - and many fried foods, such as doughnuts and french fries - may contain trans fats.
    Stress can make you put on weight in the mid-section. Stress increases cortisol level. which leads to increased desire to eat and also contribute to fat production. Incorporating tummy exercises, such as sit-ups and crunches,
    drink as much of water as possible. avoid alcohol and alcoholic beverages.

    Hi Olivia,
    Stomach fat reduction takes time to reduce. Regular exercises and proper amount of healthy diet play an important role to reduce your belly fat. Fat burning depends on whether your body fat percentage is high or normal. If your body fat percentage is in normal range then its better that you do more of weight training exercises like crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises, leg pushs, etc along with alternate days of cardio training exercises. And if your body fat percentage is high then its better that you do more of cardio training exercises like jogging, running, brisk walking, skipping,etc. You need to do these exercises atleast for 45 min in a day for better results.     There are two ways for burn the fat . First thing is exercising & second is diet control. This combination will help you faster fat burning. As soon as you wake in the morning drink warm water with lemon (no sugar , salt, honey) & do any kind of exercise like cardio(walking , swimming , skipping,cycling). Include more of fat burning foods like green tea , fiber foods likes freah fruits , vegetables , salad , sprouts , whole grains , spicy foods(capiscum, pepper, green chilles) will you help you more to burn the fat in your body . Maintain potion control & timing of the meals because this will maintain your metabolism to keep your healthy digestion & helps to burn the calories(fat).
