How to avoid sweets and fried items

i love eating sweets and fried items. any suggestions to stop or avoid them?

    Scientifically we crave for food because we are deficient in certain nutrients and so our body sends a signal.

    Substitute unhealthy sweets with healthy sweet foods like dates, soaked apricots, palm jaggery, honey sweetened amla etc. As for fried foods replace it with roasted and toasted foods like dry and heat roasted snacks...

    hi swathi ...the best way to avoid eating sweet is .. every time u get a urge , eat a mouth freshener like unsweetened fennel (sounf). or the best way is brush ur teeth .. u wnt feel like eating anething for the next 2 hrs ... if this does nt wrk .. thn try keeping churmura ladoo with u ... this is low calorie sweet ... n will nt harm much .. or you can also have a fruit instead ...
