    Hi kamya,
Reducing stretch marks after drastic weight loss can be a challenge. It is a common problem for those who have lost the weight in a rush. Stretch marks occur due to the loss of elasticity of the skin because of the overly stretched skin during obesity. The areas prone to get stretch marks are breasts, arms, abdomen, hips and thighs. The key is to tone up the body along with the cardio workout. Strengthening and toning of the muscles with the assistance of weights, dumbbells, resistance bands and tubes are necessary along with your daily workout plan. There are many other options like lotions, potions, over the counter drugs and creams which are effective in reducing stretch marks. Cosmetic treatments are also available which can be an expensive method. Cosmetic surgeries like dermabrasion, chemical peels and laser therapy techniques are also useful for removing the stretch marks.

    Hi Kamya,
I agree with Ravish. Toning exercises would help to reduce stretch marks.
