    Overweight is a major issues nowadays for the peoples have a sitting job. To loose weight we need to be as active as possible. Try to move around in office frequently. Do the resistance exercises atleast 4/week and cardio activities for atleast 5/week. Cardio activities include Brisk walk,Running,Jogging, Swimming . Resistance exercises include crunches, Reverse crunches, Push ups, lunges, squats, etc.

    Hi Lucy,
    Generally, it is advisable that you reduce not more than 1- 2 kgs at the end of a week. This type of weight loss would be more healthier and better. Reduce your weight by doing more of cardio exercises and weight training exercises. Take in healthy food and avoid any junk food like burgers, pizza, passta , macroni ,etc.

    Hi

    One should lose 2-4 kg in a month which is healthy. Some of tips for weight loss: *Drink warm water with lemon daily in the morning for cleans ur body from toxin.
    *Eat varity of whole grians , fruits , vegetables ,green leafy vegetables.
    * Coffee or tea should take very less or better to avoid , go for green tea or skimmed milk or black tea.
    *Choose healthy cooking habits like steaming , boiled , pressure cooking. Choose healthy snacks instead of taking fatty , bakery items- refined products - healthy snacks like fresh fruits salad l, veg salad , veg juices , high fiber biscuits, brown bread, etc.
    * Instead of taking white rice , take brown rice.
    *Make sure the qty of the meals, eat the dinner always 1-2 hrs before the bed time.
    * Good fats like omega3 & 6 fatty acid should form a part of the regular diet. Ensure that the fats included are water soluble fats as these fats are not stored in the body.
    *Cardio exercise: Cycling, swimming, jogging, running, skipping, etc - Do for 30- 45 mins in a day & for 506 days in a week. The goal of cardio is to burn fat, any cardio exercise will help you to lose wt & gives strengths to muscles & helping you to lose belly fat very fast.
