    body fat can be lost by burning as much calories possible through exercise and various activities . also make sure you are eating just the right amount of calories to avoid any further addition of fat to the cells.

    Doing nay activity which includes just spreading a bed sheet will also burn calories might be quite less but it will burn. You can inrease fat burning process by doing more of weight training exercises along with cardio exercises. Also, cardio exercisse has proved to be very useful for the persons who are looking for reducing body fat percentage.     Hi

    Drink plenty of water or warm water with lemon daily in the morning. Drink acai juice daily for burning the calories.
