I disagree with lifemojo expert, abdominal exercises will help you to tone and strengthen your abdomen muscles and not to lose fat. To reduce belly fat you have to go for aerobic exercises along with low caloric diet, so that your total body fat content lowers down. Along with aerobic exercises you can do some abdominal exercises to tone and strengthen your abs so that your abs look firm.
