how much KCal need to burn every day

i am 5feet 6 inch and my weight is 79Kgs. in next two months i want to loose 7-10 kgs. how much i need to burn everyday.plz suggess.

    decreasing your cal intake by 500 kcal, will brin g abt 500 gm wt loss in a week , and burning around 300-350 kcal in combination with the cal reduction in diet will fasten up the process.

    Payal is right, But try to include 1200-1500 calories in ur diet plan. This include plenty of fiber foods, healthy way of cooking style, include healthy snacks.
